Im at Day 4 Post op And Im already seeing a major difference in my waistline despite all the swelling , I can already tell Im going to love my result in a couple of months with of course a lifetime change of eating habits and exercise regimen ..Because remember you have to do your part too to maintain and enhance your result ;)
