I have always had a jowly face and then the genetic turkey neck showed up in my 40's. I looked at myself in the mirror and felt more like a 70 year old trapped in a 50 something year old body. I tried every kind of injectable but nothing helped. In fact, it made it worse and it was expensive and only temporary at best. I have had 3 consults with different Plastic Surgeons where I live but either the Surgeon had no bedside manner to mention or in most situations were not able to deliver and meet my aesthetic needs. I came upon Dr. Mansher Singh in early 2022 on Instagram and have diligently watched his surgeries, practices, style, technique and results every day since. Here I saw real results that I have longed most of my life for and now felt that there was hope! From the first time I reached out to Dr. Singh I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. There was never any pressure, rather a gentleness showing me that my wishes indeed could become a reality. Dr. Singh introduced me to "Deep Plane Facelift and Necklift". I had many, many questions about this technique to which he answered every one of them personally and also within a few hours! There was never a dumb question to him. He took every opportunity to help educate me, share numerous photos of similar patients, and generally just make me feel so heard and valued. The Deep Plane Facelift is definitely cutting edge and the way to go. It is not performed often by other Plastic Surgeons the way that Dr. Singh performs this surgery. He has clearly perfected his technique to ensure each patient receives outstanding, immediate results. I booked my surgery with him in 2023 and wish I had found this amazing Dr years ago! He exceeded my expectations in every possible way. My jowls ..... GONE! My turkey neck ..... GONE! The surgery went so well and the recovery was surprisingly easy.I was out the following day walking in Central Park! Dr. Singh checked up on me the evening of the surgery and every single day thereafter making sure I was ok. Dr. Singh is the most authentic and genuine Dr. I have ever met! If you are considering a Deep Plane Facelift and Necklift you do not need to look any further. I have done the leg work for you already!!! I would recommend and trust him a thousand times over! Updated on 4 Aug 2023: I am about 3 months out now from having my face and neck lift done. I am thrilled with my results so far. I do have swelling still in my face which is normal. Dr Singh continues to check in on me to see how I am doing. He is an exceptional Dr in every way. So caring of his patients even months after the procedure. He responds back to any of my concerns within a few hours and will even call me personally or facetime me. He is the real deal! I wish all Doctors were as caring and down to earth as Dr Singh is. He is truly amazing!!

The best decision I could make was to have my lower blepharoplasty surgery with Dr. Singh. Since I was a teenager I was aware of the bags under my eyes inherited from my beloved father whom I love with all my life but God how I hated those bags. I tried all the possible or recommended ways to make them disappear; creams, home remedies, even fillers, but nothing works. It is so that after years of battling with them I began my search for the doctor with whom I would have my surgery to remove them. I talked to many doctors, even doctors out of the country, but none gave me the confidence. From the first moment I spoke with Dr. Singh, I felt the connection I needed and wanted. So I immediately made my appointment here in New York and the process was super fast and easy. The day after my surgery I was already doing my normal life at home without any complications, just obviously some swelling. After 4 days I returned to work without any complications. Within a week I was almost without any bruises and the swelling had already disappeared to the point that with makeup it seemed that I had not had a surgery 7 days ago. And now I'm here, writing this review one month after my surgery and I couldn't be happier. I saw the change from the first days of the surgery, the recovery was super fast and without complications, and although I know that I still have a couple of months to see the final results, I couldn't be happier with my decision. Although it may seem like a small thing, this surgery really changes you in many ways. Not only physically, since now I love seeing my eyes without those bags, but also I save so much time in my day since my makeup routine went from 30 minutes trying to put makeup on something that couldn't be hidden, to 10 minutes with the results I always wanted. If you have come this far with this long review, I want to tell you not to hesitate and trust Dr. Singh. Without a doubt I would have this procedure with him again and again. Dr Mansher Singh is so affable, it made the experience of getting a consultation more pleasant and surgery less scary. It definitely made a difference that I was able to directly communicate with him by messaging to ask questions or address my concerns. Even though he is so busy, he always gets back to me. I am 2 weeks out from my fat transfer surgery to fill my under eye/ cheek area and I’m very pleased with the outcome so far. The swelling has gone down. I look more youthful, and my complexion looks amazing. I don’t even need make-up. Can’t wait to see the final results in a few months. Thank you Dr. Singh for your artistry and for being an excellent doctor. I will be back for future surgeries, but hopefully not so soon!
