Outstanding Deep Plane Facelift & Neck Lift Experience
I recently had a deep plane facelift and neck lift with Dr. Mansher Singh in Manhattan, and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience and results.
From the first consultation, Dr. Singh was thorough, honest, and realistic. He took the time to really listen to what I wanted and explained the deep plane technique in a clear, straightforward way. His staff (especially Danielle) was warm, organized, and responsive the entire way through.
The surgery itself went smoothly, and the aftercare has been excellent. Dr. Singh and his team checked in regularly, answered every question quickly, and made sure I felt supported during recovery. My jawline and neck look sharper and more defined, and the results already look natural rather than “done.” People keep telling me I look refreshed and well-rested without being able to pinpoint exactly what changed — which is exactly the outcome I was hoping for.

After a lot of research and consultations, I chose Dr. Mansher Singh in NYC for my lower blepharoplasty with facial fat transfer, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
From my very first consultation, I felt listened to, respected, and completely at ease. Dr. Singh took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer every question, and provide honest recommendations based on what would look the most natural.
The results have exceeded every expectation I had. My under-eye bags are gone, the hollows that made me look constantly tired have been beautifully restored with my own fat, and I still look completely like myself—just refreshed, rested, and years younger. Friends and family keep telling me that I look amazing, but they can't quite pinpoint why, which is exactly the outcome I was hoping for.
The recovery was much smoother than I anticipated, thanks to the detailed instructions and the outstanding support from the entire office. Every member of the staff was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about my comfort and progress throughout the healing process. They even sent me flowers to help my recovery- so sweet!

Dr. Singh changed my life because I had a double chin my whole life which made me very insecured. I had to use filters on my photos and I was very insecure going out. I found Dr. Singh and he suggested deep plane facelift. Even though I was only 36, I believed him 100 percent. I am now so confident and very grateful that I met him. I don’t have to filters anymore for my photos and I don’t have to stretch my neck up every time I take photos. He is a magician. I wish I could give him 100 stars.
Dr. Singh is a fantastic plastic surgeon. Highly skilled, detail oriented, and produces great results. His office has a low-key and compassionate vibe. I would definitely consider another procedure with Dr. Singh.
I am a huge fan of Dr Singh both professionally and personally. He is a highly skilled surgeon with incredible training from the most elite schools. And he is such a caring, wonderful man. I am so very pleased with the final outcome.. a totally natural version of myself, just much, much younger! Dr Singh and his assistant Danielle were totally accessible and available to me during the post op period. I recommend him highly and could not be happier with my final result!
This is as close as you're going to get to the Substance. I am 41, I had a lower bleph, fat transfer to undereyes and temples, lip lift, and Co2 laser two months ago. Today I put on a long blonde wig, which is how I wore my hair in college, and I saw college me in the mirror. I honestly might look a little better now. Dr. Singh is not only incredibly talented but also a really nice person. I was a bit skeptical because he has so many good reviews, but after meeting him I could see why. He really is that good. I think most of his patients leave him a glowing review. His prices are incredibly reasonable, to the point where he's selling himself short. Don't rush into plastic surgery, but if there's something you wanted it might be a good idea to have the consultation now before he realizes he can charge double what he's charging now.
As someone who has worked in the aesthetic field for many years and has very high aesthetic standards, choosing the right surgeon was extremely important to me. I am a 76 year old and I have had great results with Dr. Singh. He knows what he is doing and you can absolutely trust him. I want this review to share that age should not be a criteria for facelift and you are never too old for it.
Let me begin by saying I am relatively naive about plastic surgery ( I had my eyes done 25 years ago) but I became intrigued when I read a magazine article about deep plane facelifts.
I never thought I would get a facelift since they all looked pulled and fake to me. Two separate sources recommended Dr. Singh. Although I had booked a consultation with another doctor as well, as soon as i met Dr. Singh- I knew I was in the right hands. He was thorough and honest about my face- what would and wouldn't work and about the frustration in the first few weeks of recovery. Since there were many visits post surgery- I wanted a physician ( like my OB/Gyn) who I could relate to and trust over time. Dr . Singh is not only a great surgeon, but he's a patient and caring person and I appreciated that. His office manager, Danielle is knowledgeable and available. I am thrilled with the outcome and with my choice of surgeon. He was always there and checked in on me regularly. The best.
