I’ve been a RealSelf customer since 2015. And almost gave up when I couldn’t find a compatible Cosmetic Surgeon both on and off this site. So many doctors had what I called yo-yo reviews. Which I did. I’m so glad I made the right decision.
Because Dr. Singh is the Michelangelo of Cosmetic Surgery of the 21st Century. And he is literally the best of the good/better along the entire east coast. I'm not exaggerating this. When you have a Surgeon who sculpt one’s face so magnificently, I know he’s born and gifted for this. With Dr. Singh, I’ve had a Buccal Fat removal, chin liposuction, and non-surgical nose job. And in under a 1 half I’m seeing beautiful results. When we compared the before and after pictures, I was literally blown away. I went from looking so-so to Hollywood style glamorous without all the heavy makeup or filters. My face looks sooo much perfectly sculpted and defined. If you’re looking for more of typical cosmetic work, & results that screams “MEH,” there’s plenty of surgeons for that. But if you’re looking for a Halle Berry, Grace Kelly, and Elle Fanning look that’s carved by Angels, well Dr. Singh is your earthly Angel for that. Dr. Singh is my go-to top tier Cosmetic Surgeon. So happy I made that decision to get a finalized confirmation from Real Self.

Pre-Op picture are unfiltered and weeks before surgery. I had what I called chipmunk cheeks. The post-op picture, in sunshades, I’m beginning to see major changes. Lol, almost looking like Ashley Graham sleeked and defined cheeks and jawline. As weeks go by, I’m seeing more and more amazing results from my surgery with Dr. Singh.

Good experience with Doctor Singh, he and the staff were very polite and professional. He explained me everything I need to know before the procedure. After the procedure he was very attentive about the process.

I am 5 weeks out from a deep plane facelift, necklift and co2 laser treatment and I could not be happier with the results. When searching for a doctor, one of my primary goals was to find a doctor that did not use general anesthesia as I feel it is an unnecessary risk. That was how I found Dr. Singh. After meeting him and reviewing his work, I knew he was the right surgeon for me. He did an amazing job and has been kind, and professional the whole way through. He's always available to answer question or concerns and even gives you his number so you can contact him on the weekends post surgery.
I could not be happier with the results and look forward to seeing the final results as the healing continues.

Two months after procedure. I still have some swelling under my chin and some numbness in my neck and face. I'm very happy but now wish I had decided to do my eyes as well. I was afraid to do too much as once but now regret it.

Dr.Singh performed my deep plane facelift and It met all my expectations him and his staff are knowledgeable professionals. I did my research and chose them based on the positive feedback I read and the before and after pictures of satisfied clients. My personal experience with him and his team was exceptional, Ashlin (RN) kept making sure I was comfortable and aware of what was going on and kept my boyfriend updated every step of the way. I'm just one week post-op and I can already see the difference. I highly recommend him.

I don't even know how to express the depth of my gratitude for my experience and outcome with Dr. Mansher Singh....
I get choked up just thinking about what he has done for me. Over 5 years in the making, as both a nurse and an attorney I have seen, heard and know a lot about health care.
We all have fears in life that challenge us and life is NOT a dress rehearsal. Having scheduled and cancelled surgery with another doctor I did not know if I would ever find the courage to go thru with a face lift.
I would look in the mirror once a day, in the am, and say someday.....

Dr.Singh is very skilled, understanding and overall amazing! The staff were very welcoming and informative. The day of the surgery I was feeling extremely nervous but the staff along with the anesthesiologist comforted me with a few laughs and some key pointers to stay positive throughout the procedure.
