After a ton of research on plastic surgeons in my area, I came across Dr. Singh on realself and knew he had to be the one to perform the buccal fat surgery on me after seeing the raving reviews. Not long after I requested a consultation from him, I received a phone call around 9pm. Thinking “why am I getting a phone call at this time? It’s probably a scammer”, I thought what the heck, let me pick up just in case. Dr. Singh looked at my concerns over facetime with me and we quickly scheduled a time for the procedure the next time. I couldn’t believe how quickly things progressed and that I would literally be getting the surgery of my dreams in less than 24 hours. Dr Singh was right; the entire process was PAINLESS and QUICK. Because he has performed so many buccal fat surgeries, he was able to get my buccal fat out swiftly, therefore minimizing the potential swelling in my cheeks. His assistant Annie was super nice and made me feel more at ease before and during the surgery. Dr. Singh’s confidence made me feel like I was in the right hands. It’s still too early to tell what my final results will be like since I’m only a week and a half in, but I can already see a small difference in my face. I cannot wait for my results to settle in! Overall, I would say Dr Singh is one of the best doctors I've encountered. Not only is he super accessible (you can text him anytime), but he also genuinely cares about his patients and truly wants to help them become their most beautiful self.

I am not usually a person who writes reviews….. but in this case it would not be fair to Dr. Singh to not give him the recognition he deserves. I can’t ever remember looking in the mirror and not seeing my “jowls”.... that’s all my eyes went to when I saw myself. I’m sure I was much more critical of myself than it actually was but it truly made me feel old. I honestly did not do a tremendous amount of research about the procedure. I just made a few consultation appointment with several plastic surgeons to discuss. After meeting Dr Singh I knew immediately that he was the right doctor for me. He is so calming and comforting. Everything he said to me seemed to come so natural to him. Exactly how I wanted to look…. Natural. I only wanted to look like me. Just without my “jowls”. Just refreshed. The awake deep plane facelift with a neck lift was the decision we went with 10 days later….. all my dreams came true. I am me….. just refreshed. 10 Day!! I look in the mirror and look at me, not the bottom portion of my face. It’s such a great feeling. I remember the day of the surgery just saying less is more. I want to be me! He smiled and said that’s who you will be. I’m me and love the results. He is amazing. His bedside manner. His phone calls. He is truly one of a kind!! A perfectionist and caring Doctor. I am a 55-year-old woman and I underwent a deep plane facelift along with a CO2 peel with Dr. Singh. From the time of my first consultation, Dr. Singh left me confident that my results will not only be natural but will last for quite a few years. What attracted me to Dr. Singh was a referral I had from a friend (she looks incredible) and the notion of not having to be put under sedation I am three months out and I cannot begin to tell you how thrilled I am with the results. Not only does my face look much tighter and taut, but my skin tone is also beautiful and there is no sign of a facelift. No one has asked me if I had a facelift everybody has been complimenting me and asking what skin regimen I have been using. If you’re looking for a significant change in your neck and lower face without the world knowing that you underwent surgery I strongly and highly recommend Dr. Singh. Added bonus, he happens to be the kindest man calling and checking in regularly. The office staff as well, goes over and above. This was an overall wonderful experience. Guys, look no further if you’re in search of TRUE artistic talent and excellent bedside manners that make you feel 100% at ease. As an artist myself, I came into this experience EXTREMELY picky about achieving a certain look that didn’t seem obvious, rather enhanced the things I liked and fine tuned the things I didn’t. Dr. Singh get it, truly. You are in SOLID hands. I have always been cheeky which stopped being cute into my 30’s when the volume seems to melt down and my lower face felt bulky in the wrong places. I wanted to invert the triangle of youth with buccal fat removal and Dr. Singh suggested we also do a fat transfer with SIGNIFICANTLY enhanced the results I was after. The procedure was so easy. I was freaking out beforehand and even tried to pull the plug on the operation because I thought I was gonna have some conniption over not recognizing myself. Dr. Singh was polite but firm (which is honestly what you want in a doctor) he assured me I was making a positive change and MAN he was right!! The whole thing went so smooth, and I didn’t even look crazy after. Expect the worst, be happily surprised right? Anyways I’m about a week out and I seriously fall more in love with my face each day. I look so refreshed and sculpted in such a subtle and lovely way that feels like ME. Nobody can put their finger on what’s different about me and that exactly the change I wanted. Dr. Singh is so awesome and easy to relate to. He treats you like an old friend, and has an open and confident demeanor that makes you feel totally safe. Not to mention he has an eye for his craft, like a Renaissance sculptor with a slab of marble- it seems like he sees the final product before the chiseling begins- THATS what you want!! I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to uncover an even better version of yourself.

In short words: this doctor is an incredible artist and an amazing human being! I was honored to be his patient. I am only three days after my deep plain facelift and neck lift and I already see the 20 year difference on my face. I don't have enough words to describe this doctor as a surgeon, as an artist and an amazing human being; extremely selfless and caring. Updated on 17 Nov 2022: As you can see there are no bruises, nobody can see I got anything done on my face. Still swollen but I can go back to work and nobody will ever see anything except that I feel 20 years younger. The photo on the left is taken in doctor's office few minutes before my surgery. Updated on 17 Nov 2022: When I started my research to find the best of the best for me, I realized this will be a huge challenge, and it was. There are many so called top surgeons but when you make your own very thorough research, they do have some negative reviews with photos where I would not trust them my body and never my face. After eight months of my digging through almost entire world, yes, world. I found out that US hasn't been the number one or two or even three in the world in plastic surgery. The risk to get out of the country is high; you don't have the insurance and protection in case something happens. The additional costs; flight, accommodation, hotel, clinic etc. I started narrowing my research concentrated on the US. Gazillion doctors and most of them have some mistakes in their reviews. Most of them are charging high consultation fee just to find out the surgery can be done next year maybe in June or July. Wasted money on consultation. Due to character of my work I cannot commit to any surgery between January-September. When I found Dr. Mansher Singh I got excited. It looked like he has the skills I was looking for but NYC was the biggest challenge. How to get there without additional huge costs especially knowing that doctor's office is on Fifth Ave. My entire trip, costs, accommodation, stay etc. was an adventure and I LOVED it. This doctor is not only a doctor, he is your friend! He is calling his patient himself, not any unfriendly assistant, not a secretary just himself and be surprised, he can text you at times when you need him most. He ALWAYS answers your questions, your concerns, taking away your fears. He is one of a kind. There's no doctor in the US like Dr. Singh and I assure you, take it to the bank! My surgery was fun, yes, you are reading right, it was fun! I was awake, didn't feel anything. The first night was bad, it's normal, it was a major surgery. You are taking meds for. The second night was much better and I went for a 4.6 mile walk. I went to see my doctor, was walking from my Airbnb to his office and back. As of today I am 8 days after my surgery and I feel fantastic. I am back home, exercising and ready for another surgery on my arms. Dr. Mansher Singh is a master in his art, he is very dedicated to his work and his work on my face was a masterpiece. I am highly recommending this doctor to everyone.
