About Breast Augmentation
Breast volume and shape surgery. The practice describes implant options and fat transfer.
Implants and volume planning
Dr. Singh’s augmentation page describes changing breast size, shape and symmetry. It lists saline, silicone and cohesive gel implant options, and discusses fat transfer separately as another method of adding volume. Consultation includes the desired change, existing anatomy, implant size and the position of the implant relative to breast tissue and chest muscle.
Separating size from breast position
Describe whether the priority is fuller volume, asymmetry, breast position or a combination. Ask whether an implant alone addresses the goal or whether a lift is a separate consideration. The official page describes several incision locations; the proposed location should be explained for your specific plan. Discuss implant follow-up and possible future surgery as well as the immediate operation and recovery.
